Ever since I was a child, I have always been passionate about asian culture and martial arts. I discovered saké many years ago after travelling to Japan. It was a revelation.

Saké is such a delicious, easy to drink & versatile beverage yet to be known and loved by the rest of the world. The variation of temperatures, glasses, types, grades, colors… so much to discover. For any dish in the world, you can find a saké to pair it with.

I therefore decided to pass my WSET levels in saké, work my passion everyday and share it with you.
